Shipping

Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 - 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Products with different delivery dates will be consolidated into one shipment.

We offer 2 shipping options:
1. Door to door courier - once dispatched, you can expect delivery to your home or office with 2 - 5 days (depending on where you are in SA)
2. Pargo collect (collection from any of the 4000+ Pargo pick up locations nationwide) - once dispatched, you can expect delivery within 2 - 5 days (depending where you are in SA

Orders over R1100 are shipped via door to door courier free of charge.

Returns Policy

Please check the size guide on every product page to ensure you’re buying the correctly sized item. Just like humans, dog sizing varies wildly so it really is best to grab a tape measure and get a rough measurement before buying.

That said, if you need to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! You can return or exchange any item within 21 days of receiving your order, but unfortunately you will have to pay the shipping costs. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note customised items like ID tags and special request jerseys are not returnable or refundable
