Refund policy

There’s a wonderful old saying – measure twice, cut once (or buy in this case). Please check the size guide on every product page to ensure you’re buying the correctly sized item. Just like humans, dog sizing varies wildly so it really is best to grab a tape measure and get a rough measurement before buying.

That said, if you need to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! You can return or exchange any item within 21 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
+ Sale and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
+ Personalised items like ID tags are non-refundable
+ Gift cards are non-returnable.
+ Returned items must be unused, have no visible signs of wear and be hair-free and be in the original packaging.
+ Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
+ Due to the inadequacies of the South African postal service, all returns must be returned to us via courier service. If you’re based in Cape Town, we may be able to arrange drop off.

We will arrange for the courier to collect from you
2. Ship on your own (your cost)
You arrange shipping via Pudo locker delivery
