Shipping policy
Orders are delivered in 5 - 14 calendar days for South African shipments.
Shipping options & rates
Within South Africa:
We offer two shipping options, at a flat rate of R80 delivered anywhere in South Africa:
1. Pudo Locker Delivery. (What is Pudo?)
2. Courier delivery to your door.
Orders over R1000 are shipped FREE to your door by courier.
International Shipping:
We currently ship to the USA, UK and Europe at a flat fee of USD$50.
Please note we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery once your order has been dispatched from our studio.
Prices in our online store are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).
• The prices within our store DO NOT include any relevant customs duties, clearance or handling charges and other import charges that your order may incur in your country.
• Any such additional charges will vary depending on the value of your order and must be paid before delivery may occur. Please refer to your local customs and import authorities about what these additional charges may be.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check it's status. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@lafurmilia.co.za with your order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@lafurmilia.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
