From Black Friday up until Christmas, the courier services are under immense pressure as they try to cope with the huge increase in deliveries. We encourage early shopping to ensure delivery in time for Christmas morning.

Please expect delivery delays. At any other time during the year, delivery in 2 - 3 days is the norm, over the festive period this increases to 5 - 8 days.

Unfortunately shipping times are out of our control. We are doing our best to keep our own lead times to a minimum, in order to get your orders to you as soon as possible.

Our suggested courier method during this time is Pudo locker delivery (bonus: it's also cheaper!), especially if no one is at the delivery address the entire day. Couriers are also working 7 days a week, so you can expect delivery over weekends.
