Homemade dog breath mint cookies

We're sure you'll agree that there's nothing like a homemade treat to show someone how much you care! And if your (furry) valentine has a less than minty fresh breath, these cookies will be a treat for you both 😊 Bonus: Instant Dog Mom Rockstar status!

Ingredients:
- 2.5 cups jungle oats - pulsed in a blender or food processor
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley - chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mint - chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil - melted
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180°
2. Place the oats in a blender and pulse until they are powder-like
3. Mix eggs, water, oil, mint and parsley together
4. Fold mixture into the oats until they are well combined
5. Place dough on a cutting board and roll until even, about 1cm thick
6. Line a cooking sheet with parchment paper (also called baking paper) paper.
7. Spray with a non-stick cooking spray.
8. Use a cookie cutter to cut cookie shapes and place them on the baking tray
9. Bake for 30 minutes
Makes about 50 treatos (depending on the size of the cookie cutter and thickness of cookie). Store in an airtight container.
